Graduated

I finally graduated from FIDM two weeks ago. Finally after 16 straight years of going to school, I am free! Growing up and going to school in Hawaii and then moving straight to the mainland after high school was a big change. After growing up for so long in Hawaii, I just had the itch to get out and explore what else was out there. I'm now in LA and the fast paced lifestyle is not like the laid back island life of Hawaii. It was a change, but I've been able to adjust. After living in California for almost three years, I've encountered many new experiences and met many new people. Like they say, you never appreciate something until it's gone or when you're away from it from a while. And of course, I still consider Hawaii to be my home. There is absolutely no place like it, but it was time for me to get out of my comfort zone. I came here to go to school, and I finally accomplished. Now on the the real world.
